Special Instructions

We cannot take orders if you reside in the state of New York.

After you place your order a confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided.  Please respond to the email link on this email with the following information:

Patient’s Date of Birth and Reason for the test or diagnosis.

It’s important to provide this information as soon as possible; we will not be able to send out your test kit until we receive it.

If you have an order from your doctor, please fax it to 954-929-4896 or email it to cs@americanmetaboliclaboratories.net. We need the order before processing.

Once we receive all the information needed to fill the order, a test kit is sent to you.  Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped via USPS First class mail, which can take (2 to 7 business days for domestic orders).

You will have the option to expedite the shipping to either Priority 2-3 business days or 1-business day Express mail (may take 2 business days to some areas).

Our tubes contain a preservative that allows the samples to be shipped without ice packs or dry ice and keeps them stable during transit.

Unless upgraded at the patient’s request, all orders, except for the Longevity Profile®©, include Priority return shipping for the specimen.

Longevity Profile®© orders include express 1 business day for specimens shipping.

We batch the tests to keep the cost down and the cut-off is the end of the day on Tuesday. If missed, the samples will be frozen until the following week's run.

International orders are shipped regular mail. They do not include specimen return shipping - the patient is responsible for arranging and paying for it. International orders can be expedited as well, please email us to request a quote for the upgrade.
